We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but we will always consider your request and aim to help wherever possible.
📦 Change of Mind Returns
While we are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind under Australian law, we may offer a store credit or exchange in some cases at our discretion, provided:

The item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging,

You provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund as quickly as possible, in accordance with your rights under the ACL. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by ViewHub.
